ABOUT

Every artifact tells a story.

Anthropologists study objects not for what they are, but for what they reveal about the people who made and used them. I believe projects function in much the same way. A lesson plan reflects a philosophy of learning. A grant proposal reveals a community's priorities. A collage preserves fragments of memory. A website communicates values before a single word is read.

Anthropomorphize is a collection of these artifacts.

My practice exists at the intersection of anthropology, education, and design. I am interested in how culture shapes learning, how systems influence human behavior, and how visual communication can make knowledge more accessible. Across nonprofit leadership, curriculum

development, research, graphic design, and community engagement, I return to the same questions:

How do people create meaning? How do communities learnHow can thoughtful design foster connection?

Rather than presenting a linear career path, this portfolio documents an evolving practice—one rooted in observation, interdisciplinary thinking, and a commitment to creating work that is both intellectually curious and socially meaningful.
